Hover Tasks: We Have Lift-off

We formed Hover to build powerful, yet dead simple web-based productivity apps. For our first stake in the ground, we decided to pursue a personal obsession of mine, task management, and I’m happy to say Hover Tasks is launching today in beta.

Plenty of high-quality to-do apps are out there, but for one reason or another none wound up being the right fit for me. I think of the time and soul-sapping process of trying out new tools, moving my to-dos from one app to another and setting everything up over and over again with more than a little regret and embarrassment. Of course, this long and fruitless search left me frustrated and much less productive.

If you’ve been on a similar journey or are just looking for a simple way to get focused and get stuff done, we hope to end your quest too. Like any parent, I know I’m biased. But I’ve been using Hover Tasks for months and have loved how it gets my hundreds of tasks organized in a clean, uncluttered interface that lets me focus fast on what needs to get done..

We’re excited to share the free beta version of Hover Tasks with you now. Please sign-up and let us know what you think. We have lots of planned tweaks and additional features, but we know the best ideas will come from you. Keep in mind, this is a beta, so you may very well find the occasional glitch.
